Acne Free - The Biggest Lie You've Ever Heard and How to Finally Wipe Out Acne For Good

Let's be honest, acne is downright embarrassing and unpleasant. Not only does it hinder your confidence but it can also leave permanent scars for life, if not treated quickly enough. In this article I am going to discuss a natural way to remove even the most severe acne.

I know what it's like to walk into a room and feel that everyone is looking right at you, giving their "Oh, nevermind" kind of smiles, leaving you feeling like the ugly duckling or something. I had severe acne for months and although my family made light fun of it to try and make me see the "funny side" of things, the reality is that acne hurts deep down, not just on the surface.

The big ugly lie

Going through many months of acne in the worst possible stages, I was always looking for the latest medication or soap scrub, along with any advice that I could to clear up my face. The advice that seemed to get hurled about the most was "Stop eating fatty foods and get more exercise". Ok, tried that and still no results. I think I now know why...

According to Diane S Berson, an assistant professor of dermatology at the Medical College of Cornell University in New York, "Some people think that acne is caused by eating chocolate and greasy foods. But while it's true that hormonal shifts can cause a craving for chocolate, the acne is associated with the hormonal changes themselves, not with the chocolate or other food."

I know this is true, because now that my acne is cleared up I still enjoy my favourite chocolate cheesecake and there's no signs of the acne returning, and it was only a few months back that I managed to completely wipe it out for good.

So if that's not the solution, then what is?

Well, remember that I mentioned that there's a natural cure that I used recently to clear up my chronic acne? Well, it's a system that I found out about that allows you to use natural foods combined in a specific way, which allows you to completely clear the acne naturally and quickly.

I first heard about it on the news channels on TV and due to the fact that the foods are all cheap to buy and perfectly natural and safe, I went ahead and took the plunge.

If you'd like to learn more about my story and why I strongly warn other acne sufferers to avoid 2 particular methods, please click here. You'll see how I went from months of acne ridden misery to naturally clearing up my acne in just over 1 week, and how you can do the same totally risk free!

What is the Best Acne Treatment Available?

Acne is a complex issue and there are a lot of factors that come into play when prescribing treatments. It does not affect a certain race of people or a certain kind of person. It does not affect just women and it is not limited to just teens. Anyone can get acne and everybody is different.

With that said, there is not one specific product or medication that can get rid of everyone's acne. Since we are all different, our bodies respond to different medications. What works for this person may not work for that person.

Have you ever tried an acne treatment or program that worked for someone else but made your skin dry and irritated? That probably happened because one solution in the product does not work for your skin type.

Doctors take this into consideration when they are prescribing treatments or referring an over-the-counter medication.

Lets look at the most commonly known best acne treatments.

Benzoyl Peroxide

Benzoyl Peroxide continues to be the most prescribed treatment today. It is usually very successful in combatting acne and can be found in most OTC products. You do not need a prescription to get products with benzoyl peroxide in them. It works by introducing oxygen into the pore and it cleanses the pores of dead skin cells.

The side effects of benzoyl peroxide are dryness, flakiness, and sometimes burning.

Salicylic Acid

Salicylic acid is another popular treatment. Generally, you do not need a written prescription to use this product. Sometimes, though when acne is severe a doctor may prescribe medication with a higher strength. It works by unclogging pores to allow the pimple to shrink. It also reduces swelling and redness associated with acne.

Side effects can include irritation or stinging. More serious side effects may include dizziness, headache, confusion, nausea, vomiting, and even hearing loss.

Tretinoin, or Retin A

This treatment is derived from Vitamin A and works by allowing the skin cells to shed and unclogging the pore. It can also prevent the formation of new pimples. Results sometimes take 6-9 weeks to show.

The side effects of using Retin-A are usually dryness and irritation.

Accutane

Accutane is not as common as the first 3 because it is prescribed when other treatment does not work. This is a powerful drug and should be used for severe acne. It can take nearly 4-5 months to see any results, but it can be safer than long-term use of other products.

Side effects of accutane include dry skin and itching, irritated eye lids, hair thinning, and increased sensitivity to the sun.

These are the most common treatments available today. To say one is better over the other is up to each individual. If you find one does not work, keep trying until you find the product that best suits your individual needs.

Top Secret Get Rid of Blackheads Methods

There's always the easy way to get rid of blackheads. That is to just pinch them out. The problem is that's just a temporary solution, and it might not even be effective. While blackheads can form anywhere on your body that you have a hair follicle, they are typically prevalent on the nose or chin. And it's generally not just one or two. It could be hundreds of blackheads. So how do you effectively keep your skin completely clear of this troublesome form of acne?

The secret to get rid of blackheads is not what you think. Pinching and squeezing can actually make the problem worse. The reason blackhead acne forms in the first place is because of clogged pores. When you squeeze your face, you could be causing more pore damage. That means while part of the blackhead might be removed, it will just come back.

What makes blackheads a bit more troublesome than other forms of acne is they tend not to go away. If you have a zit on your chin, you can usually expect it to be gone in a few days. But with blackheads, they usually don't go there. They just add up.

In order to get rid of blackheads, not only have to treat them a bit differently than other forms of acne, but because they tend to stay around for a long time, prevention is the key. One of the quickest ways to remove blackheads is to use a frozen tomato cube. The acid properties that are found in a tomato are an effective exfoliate that will suck the contents of those clogged pores out. In an instant you can unclog your pores.

That's a good way to quickly get rid of blackheads. But the more critical step is to make sure they never come back. To do that, you'll want to download to complete guide, Blackhead Free for Life. You can instantly download that at http://www.getridofblackheads.info

Natural Method to Remove Skin Tags

If you are worried about your skin tag and cannot afford the treatment recommended by your dermatologist, then you have reached the right destination. without going into the details, I am mentioning here a step by step process for the natural removal of skin tags.

--Clean skin tag with some mild soap and water. Pat dry but leave the tag slightly damp.

--Scratch the entire skin tag's surface with a sterile, stainless needle. Concentrate on the skin tag's center or base. Use the emery board to scratch and rough up the entire surface of the skin tag(s).

Take a teaspoon of castor oil and mix it with a small amount of baking soda. A thin paste is required.

You need to take a small amount of this mixture and rub it the skin tag(s) until it is partially absorbed. This process is advised to be done for about 2 minutes. Make sure you apply enough so the areas you have scratched are covered completely.

Following the first application, apply a slightly more of the mixture over the top and have it covered with a band-aid.

Repeat steps one, three, four, and five, three times a day: once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once again right before you go to bed. You will not have to scratch the surface of the skin tag after the first time.

Be patient! Sometimes it takes from three days to three weeks for the skin tag(s) to fall out. However, it entirely depends upon the skin type. For this reason keep doing this process until the skin tag has fallen off completely.

Scratching is the most important part of the process, since it allows the mixture to penetrate to the core of the skin tag(s). If you can't use both hands, you may need another person to help you with that step. Some of skin tag(s) are hard. It is advised to soak them in water for approximately half an hour.

A slight stinging should be sensed on the tag, this will make sure that mixture has reached the actual place. If this is not felt then it means that the application will not bear the proper results. Do it again by scratching deeper.

Treated skin tag(s) should be covered at all times after the mixture is applied. Remember! Not to take away the band-aid because premature removal can slow down the healing process. The skin tag(s) will usually fall off anywhere between three days to three weeks, though some individuals taking as long as six weeks.

Redness of the skin around the treated skin tag(s) is a normal and indicates the healing process. Such discoloration quickly disappears. Slightly red or pink tissue is seen. Normally it disappears when the skin becomes toned to the environment. It takes from two to four weeks, depending upon the skin type.

For further picture aided details of the process check Acne Natural Remedies, Acne Treatment apply the process and get the desired results with spending just few pennies.

Know Latest and Fastest Techniques Before You Go For Acne Treatment

Millions of acne sufferers become discouraged and disillusioned for years, because they can't seem to make any headway in their fight against acne. It can be agonizing and depressing. A lot of acne sufferers actually give up the fight, not knowing what else they can do to stop their outbreaks from happening.

The real key is, knowing about what the latest techniques and advances are to fight the acne condition with. Another consideration is, knowing the type of acne that you are experiencing. Your skin type and genetics will have a lot to say, about what types of acne treatments will work the best for you.

What acne treatments work well for one person, may not be effective treatments for you. In order to find acne treatments that are effective to your condition, you will have become an acne detective. It's a matter of finding those acne solutions that actually work for your personal acne condition.

Consider what causes acne. It is not just one thing, but a combination. Essentially, your skin pores become clogged with dead skin cells and bacteria. This causes the skin pores to back up and become infected. When this happens, pimples will begin to form. This is acne.

What many acne sufferers do not realize is, the problem is external and internal. It is not just keeping your acne effected area clean, it is also getting into the skin's pores and finding treatments that will be effective at eliminating the cause. Once this approach is utilized, then you can begin to effectively ward off future acne outbreaks.

It should not matter if your acne is mild, moderate or severe; there are quick, effective treatments for all of these types of acne conditions that really will work. Again, the key is finding the right treatment for your type of acne. What type of acne you have, your skin type, etc. As an example, if you have mild acne, getting an over-the-counter treatment for severe acne, will probably cause more problems. The heavy duty acne medications usually contain chemicals that will actually irritate your skin. If you look at the warning labels on the medications, they will even caution you about this.

Today, acne treatment is advancing at a very rapid pace. There have been many newer treatments, that can halt acne in it's tracks at the initial stages.

Chemical peeling and microdermabrasion treatments are used to stop acne, along with other treatment methods employed. Both of the types of procedures are effective at removing dead skin cells. This helps to accelerate new skin growth. Both microdermabrasion and chemical skin peeling have been a success at removing scars and wrinkles. These procedures have now been found to be very successful at treating acne.

Blue Light treatment therapy, destroys the bacteria that is responsible for causing acne. It is a painless procedure, that lasts about fifteen minutes per treatment. There might be some minor swelling, pigment change and dryness to the effected skin area, yet these side effects are of a short duration.

Green-yellow light, combined with heat energy will kill the P. acne and shrink the sebaceous glands; the skin pores that are responsible. This will decrease the production of sebum, which is the oily sweat that contains the P. acne's bacteria. This treatment can dramatically decrease the formation of new acne to form.

These are just a few of the newer advances in acne treatments available. Again, the real key to success, is knowing what type of acne you are going to be treating.
